This easy and refreshing marinade works for any of your favorite proteins (Meat, Poultry, Seafood) or veggies.
Makes enough marinade for about 1 to 2 pounds of protein or 3 to 4 cups chopped/sliced veggies.
Ingredient
1 to 2 Tbsp California Citrus Mix
1 tsp. fresh chopped tarragon
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
Instruction

Whisk all ingredients together.

Refrigerate protein or veggies for 1 to 2 hours before removing from marinade and cooking. Enjoy! ❤️

To Use: Pour over your favorite protein (chicken, pork, tofu, shrimp, and fish work well) or veggies (zucchini, squash, onions, asparagus, and green beans work well) to coat.
