Please note that delivery is currently valid only in the United Arab Emirates, and soon we will cover all world countries.
Your order will be delivered within (1-2) working days for the shipping company to deliver it to you.
When the operations team receives your order, an email will be sent to you containing the purchase order number and shipment number. The shipping company will contact you to determine the day and time of delivery, and they may ask you for your location via chat.
The customer is required to provide a valid delivery address and phone number (we prefer to use an additional phone number for emergencies) so that orders can be delivered correctly and in a timely manner (we may need the phone number to contact you in case there are any difficulties in determining the delivery location). We must point out that if the customer closes or does not answer his phone repeatedly at the time of order delivery, the customer may incur any additional fees added to him for a new delivery process.
Shipping & Delivery Cost
If the order value is above 120 AED, the shipping cost is free (within UAE)
If the order value is less than 120 AED, the shipping cost is 25 AED (within UAE)
An additional shipping fee (40) AED will be charged for orders delivered to the following regions (Western Region, Sweihan)
