Reasons for returns:

  • If the product is damaged due to packing etc

  • If the product is damaged due to shipping and delivery

  • In the event that a product other than the one purchased is sent

 

Return policy:

  • We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition that you received it, meaning unopened or unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • In some cases, we may request that you send a picture of the product before you return it to us

  • To initiate the return process, you can send us an email via the "Customer Service" page, or write to us directly via the technical support chat "in working hours". If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Spoilage and damage :

  • Please inspect your shipment upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, so that we can assess and correct the problem.

 

Non-returnable products :

  • Opened and used packages.

  • Packages or products that do not retain their original carton or packaging

  • Damaged items (bottles, cartons, packages)

  • Products sold through sales

    Excluded from this are packages and products that were received damaged, as previously explained.

 

Refunds :

  • We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned items, and let you know if a refund has been approved. If approved, your money will be automatically refunded using the original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send your refund as well.
