Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

Ingredient

1 Chopped onion 

1 (15-ounce) Can chili peppers, drained

1 can (15 ounces) black beans, drained 

1 (15 ounce) can whole corn, drained 

1 can tomato sauce 

2 (10-ounce) cans chopped tomatoes with green peppers, undrained 

1 (12 ounce) can/bottle of beer or non-alcoholic beer 

3 1/2 Tbsp. Mexi-Magic Taco Blend 

2 or 3 small skinless and boneless chicken breasts 

Optional for garnishes: cheddar cheese, sour cream, crushed tortilla chips


Instruction

Put the onions, beans, corn, tomato sauce, beer, and tomato cubes into the slow cooker

Add Mexi-Magic Taco Blend, then stir until combined

Place whole chicken pieces on top of the mixture and press down to coat with the other ingredients

Set slow cooker to low heat; Cover the pot and cook for 5 hours

Remove the chicken from the soup and let it cool down long enough to make it easier to handle. Grate the chicken (break up the chicken) and then return it to the soup and continue cooking for an additional two hours. Enjoy! ❤️
