This buttery Garlic Herb Rice Pilaf Recipe is fluffy, full of flavor and ready in just 20 minutes.
This is a perfect side dish to serve. You will love pairing this aromatic rice side dish with baked chicken, roasted turkey, or a nice beef tenderloin.
Ingredient
2 tbsp Parsley Rice Mix
2.5 tbsp Butter
1 cup long grain white rice
1 cup water
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 cups chicken broth
1/2 tsp salt and extra black paper for taste
Instruction

Warm together stock and water.

In a pot, heat oil. Stir in rice and stir fry for 2-3 minutes to coat the rice well with fat.

Add warm water stock mixture to rice pot, season with salt. Mix well. Once the water comes to a boil, reduce the flame, cover well and let it cook on low heat.

After 12-15 minutes, all the water would have evaporated, and the rice would have got cooked. Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes. Using a fork loosen the rice grains. Keep the pan uncovered and let the rice cool down completely.

Herbed Garlic Butter Mixture :
Melt butter in a skillet. Once butter is hot but and before it starts to get brown add Parsley Rice Mix. Stir fry for 1-2 minutes until it is brown and crispy.

Add cooled down rice, pepper, and salt if required. Toss the rice gently until it is evenly coated with butter, garlic, and herb. For extra garlic flavor sprinkle some crispy garlic chips on top while serving. Enjoy! ❤️
