This hearty marinade features cracked coriander and caraway seeds as well as rosemary and thyme. It's hearty enough for beef but adds great flavor to any kind of meat or chicken.
Makes enough marinade for 2 to 4 pounds of steak, using ¼ to ½ cup of marinade per pound.
Ingredient
2 Tbsp Montreal Steak Seasoning
1/4 cup red wine (or cranberry juice)
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
Instruction
Combine all ingredients and marinate your favorite protein for at least 20 to 30 min.
While marinated protein is cooking, add remaining marinade to a small saucepan and simmer until reduced and thickened into a sauce to serve on top or alongside cooked steak. Enjoy! ❤️
