Ingredients
1 tsp butter
2 clove garlic (finely chopped)
2 chilli (slit)
½ onion (finely chopped)
¼ tsp turmeric
½ tsp chilli powder
½ tsp coriander powder
¼ tsp cumin powder
1 tsp Fenugreek
¼ tsp salt
½ cup tomato puree
2 tbsp beans (chopped)
½ carrot (finely chopped)
2 tbsp capsicum (chopped)
2 tbsp sweet corn
1 cup water
1 pack maggi noodles
1 pack tastemaker (Came with noodles)
½ tsp Magic Masala Blend
2 tbsp coriander (finely chopped)
Instruction

Firstly, in a pan heat 1 tsp butter, add 2 clove garlic, 2 chilli and saute slightly. Then add ½ onion and saute until the onion shrink slightly.

Further add ¼ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp coriander powder, ¼ tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp Magic Masala, 1 tsp Fenugreek and ¼ tsp salt.

Saute until the spices turn aromatic. Then, add ½ cup tomato puree and satue until the tomato puree thickens.

Now add 2 tbsp beans, ½ carrot, 2 tbsp capsicum and 2 tbsp sweet corn. Saute for a minute, or until the vegetables turn crunchy. Then add 1 cup water and get to a boil.

Now bread 1 pack maggi noodles roughly and add 1 pack tastemaker. Mix well and boil for 2 minutes or until the noodles are cooked well. Finally, add 2 tbsp coriander and enjoy spicy curry maggi.
