Rice is the most amazing and delicious thing that everyone likes to eat. If you want Rice in every meal, this recipe will be a superhit meal for your family.
This rice is a favorite on the menu at Texas Roadhouse. It is packed with flavor and makes the best side dish for lots of meals.
Ingredient
1/2 cup Butter
2 cups long-grain white rice rinsed
1 Small White Onion diced
4 Tbsp Texas Rice Mix
1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes (Optional)
4 cups Chicken Broth
1/2 to 1 tsp Salt for taste
Instruction

Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium high heat.

Add the rice and until the rice is browned (about 4-6 minutes). Then add in the onion, Texas Rice Mix, and red pepper flakes. Mix until all the ingredients are well combined.

Stir in the chicken broth, mix, and bring the mixture to a boil, then add salt then taste. Reduce the heat to low, cover and simmer for 22-25 minutes until most of the liquid is absorbed.

Turn off the heat and let the rice sit for 5 minutes cover to finish cooking. Then uncover, fluff with a fork, and serve. Enjoy! ❤️
