🌿 Usage:

Mozambique Piri Piri, a flavorful, fiery and spicy blend is a hybrid of Portuguese, African, and Brazilian cuisine, is amazing on beef, pork, chicken, veggies and seafood.

◎ Molho De Piri-Piri (a Portuguese hot-pepper sauce):

Mix 3 Tbsp. Mozambique Piri Piri with 1 cup olive oil and shake vigorously. Store in refrigerator for 7-10 days to allow the flavors to blend.

◎ Piri Piri Sauce:

Take 3 Tbsp. of Mozambique Piri Piri & mix with 1 cup of olive oil. Store in your refrigerator for 7-10 days.

◎ Marinade:

Mix 3 tablespoons of our Mozambique Piri Piri with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 teaspoons of vinegar and 2 teaspoons of lemon juice. For best results, let your marinade sit a for few hours or overnight so that the flavors can marry.

◎ Grilled Piri Piri Chicken:

Use approximately 1 to 2 tablespoons of Mozambique Piri Piri per pound of chicken. Combine the spice blend with olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice to create a marinade. Allow the chicken to marinate for at least 30 minutes before grilling to infuse it with the vibrant flavors.

◎ Piri Piri Shrimp Skewers:

Sprinkle approximately 1 teaspoon of Mozambique Piri Piri over a pound of shrimp, along with a drizzle of olive oil and a squeeze of lemon juice. Thread the shrimp onto skewers and grill for a few minutes on each side until cooked through. Adjust the amount of spice blend based on your desired level of spiciness.
