Adding a little onion, bell pepper, rosemary, and dill gives a rustic flavor to these easy-to-prepare French fries - they're great as a side dish alongside steak or oven-baked chicken, or you can use the leftovers and top them with eggs for a signature breakfast dish.
Ingredient
2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 lb. golden potatoes, diced large
1 Tbsp. Veggie Herb Shaker
½ Tbsp. Harissa Seasoning
2 crushed garlic cloves
Instruction

Fry Potatoes: Heat the butter and oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add potatoes, stirring occasionally, for 12 to 15 minutes

Seasoning & cooking: Reduce heat to medium and mix potatoes with onion and seasoning (Harissa Seasoning, Veggie Herb Shaker). Continue cooking for another 12 to 15 minutes. until the potatoes have a golden crust and are cooked through, then serve immediately. Enjoy! ❤️
