◎ Proteins:
Chicken, fish, shellfish, pork, steak, burger, egg, and tofu. (Use about 1 tsp. per pound of meat.)
◎ Veggies:
Sprinkle directly on vegetables, roasted or in stir-fries. Also, Cajun Fusion Mix is fantastic on salad or all kinds of potatoes (baked, roasted, fries, etc.
◎ Dips:
It’s delicious stirred into everything from hummus, queso, spinach artichoke dip…even guacamole!
◎ Breads & crackers:
It’s delicious sprinkled onto flatbread, pita chips, or various other kinds of breads.
◎ Sauces:
To make remoulade sauce, mix 1-2 tbsp mix with 1/2 cup mayo, 1/4 cup ketchup, and 2 tsp Dijon mustard. To make Cajun Spice Aioli, mix 2 tbs mix with 1 cup mayonnaise, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped, 1 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, Salt and pepper to taste.
✨ Adjust: To make hotter version, add 1/2-2 t cayenne to 1/4 cup mix.
