🌿 Usage:

Though Greek Limnos Lamb Rub specifically created for lamb, whether you're preparing a Greek-style roasted leg of lamb, succulent lamb chops, or tender lamb skewers, you can also try the same recipe with a good cut of venison or rub the inner cavity and outer skin of a goose or duck.

Lamb Rub:

Mix Greek Limnos Lamb Rub with olive oil, rub all over a leg of lamb, then roast or grill until it reaches an internal temperature of 160-165 degrees. Combine rub for lamb & pan juices with red wine to baste your lamb.

◎ Grilled Lamb Chops:

Season 4-6 lamb chops with approximately 1 tablespoon of Greek Limnos Lamb Rub, ensuring that both sides of the chops are evenly coated. Grill to your desired level of doneness, allowing the rub to create a flavorful crust.

◎ Roasted Lamb Leg:

For a 4–5-pound (1.8-2.3 kg) leg of lamb, rub approximately 2-3 tablespoons of Greek Limnos Lamb Rub all over the surface of the meat. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight before roasting in the oven until cooked to your preferred level of doneness.
