Use Vadouvan Curry Blend to season poultry, seafood, and veggie dishes. Add to compound butters, dressings, and marinades (for seafood or meat). Sprinkle on crostinis and salads (like French-style curried chicken salad). You can use it wherever you would use regular curry powder as this seasoning is a version of an Indian masala with the addition of traditionally French aromatics.

◎ Vadouvan Curry Chicken Skewers:

Use 1 tablespoon Vadouvan Curry Blend, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste, mix it together and use it on 1-pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into chunks)

◎ Vadouvan Curry Roasted Cauliflower:

Use 1 tablespoon Vadouvan Curry Blend, 2 tablespoons olive oil, salt and pepper to taste, mix it together and use it on large cauliflower head (cut into florets)
