Southern Spain Pinchito Blend Great for flavoring meats, seafood, soups, and vegetables, try using as a sprinkle, rub or marinade. For a twist to your next curry dish replace traditional curry powder with Pinchito spice.

◎ Pinchito Chicken Skewers:

Marinate 1 pound (450 grams) of chicken chunks in 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon of Southern Spain Pinchito Blend. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers and grill until cooked through.

◎ Spanish-style Roasted Vegetables:

Toss 2 bell peppers (sliced), 1 zucchini (sliced), 1 eggplant (cubed), and 1 red onion (sliced) with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 tablespoon of Southern Spain Pinchito Blend. Roast in the oven at 400°F (200°C) until tender and slightly charred.

◎ Pinchito Paella:

Sauté 1 diced chicken breast, 4 ounces (113 grams) of diced chorizo, and 8 ounces (227 grams) of shrimp with 1 diced onion and 2 minced garlic cloves in a large paella pan.
